I’m a lawyer by education, computer programmer by experience, and do-it-yourselfer at heart.
I love graphic design, investigative news shows, taking naps, and Mod Podge.

I’m wildly in love with my husband, Kevin.  He has a swoony Australian accent and is so much more than I deserve.  I live in awe of his patience, compassion, loyalty and utter selflessness.

I’m mother to two beautiful daughters, Meagan and Erin.  They are proof that Jesus loves me.

 I’m daughter to a glorious King.
He has rescued me from myself and rains down His grace and mercy on my soul.

 All of these people … they are the inspiration and reason for all that I do.
We make our lovely life in the suburbs of Kansas City with a pampered pooch named Honey.

 There are probably a few more things you need to know before we go any further.
I’m moody.  Sometimes I see Kevin’s head spinning as he tries to figure out what’s happened.
I expect people to do what they say, and I don’t adapt very well when they don’t.
I make my bed every single day.
I hate that my daughters are growing up.
I almost never listen (let alone reply) to voicemail.
And finally … I have absolutely no authority or credentials to discuss any of the topics on this blog.
I’m just a girl with a whole lot of opinions and ideas.
